MAKING OF THE PROTOTYPE
Most of the pieces were made in my workshop, using various tools.
Brazing of aluminum parts was quite a challenging task. I had to make a proper jig to hold the pieces in place while heating them up using a butane torch inside a ad-hoc furnace.
All metal pieces were then sandblasted and powder coated.
