BrandScope – Social media listening platform


BrandScope is a new marketing platform that allows personal brands and companies to be always aware of their positions in digital network, to find new channels for promoting and interacting with social influences through the platform. BrandScope focus on online reputation and the ability to grow it.
User experience strategy

With BrandScope team, our primary task was to define a set of monitoring tools to make the platform a daily social listening assistant.

We identified the key user needs and decided to focus on the following: track mentions and sentiment, analyze social channels, analyze competitors social profiles, comparative performance. 

BrandScope attracts both types of users, platform gives access to social networks analytics and allows large company brands to monitor their critical periods, get a comparative reports and explore new opportunities for their reputation growth.

We created a simple user interface with strong visual emphasis on the data. 
Flexible design system and the ability to view data in different ways allows users to customize reports, add or remove data blocks and choose the right visualization type.
