17 persons, 9 plants, hundreds of books, countless drawing tools – how can we all have a pleasant and inspiring work environment, every day? 

Our Guidebook was born from these questions and months of open conversations; we collected best practices from very technical matters to the most trivial and not-so-obvious rules of living together.
